Privacy Policy

Zevart, Inc. (“Zevart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit zevart.com, join our early-access list, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our pre-launch website.

Effective: September 28, 2026 Last updated: September 28, 2026
Pre-launch scope. Zevart is currently operating a pre-launch website and early-access list. The site does not currently ask you to submit a Social Security number, bank-account credentials, government-issued identification, payment-card information, or other information ordinarily required to underwrite or provide a financial product. If Zevart launches additional products or begins collecting additional categories of information, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any additional notices required by applicable law.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through the Zevart website located at zevart.com, the Zevart early-access or waitlist experience, and direct communications relating to the website or early-access program.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of independent third parties, including any future bank, lender, payment provider, custodian, digital-asset service provider, identity-verification provider, or other regulated partner. If Zevart later offers a financial product or service subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or another financial-privacy regime, you may receive a separate privacy notice governing information collected in connection with that product or service. Any such notice would supplement or, where stated, supersede this Privacy Policy for the covered information.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Depending on how you interact with the site, you may provide:

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, Zevart and its service providers may automatically collect information about your browser, device, and interactions with the website. Depending on your device, browser, settings, and the technologies in use, this may include:

Information we do not currently request through this pre-launch site

The current website and early-access form are not designed to collect Social Security numbers, bank-account login credentials, government identification numbers, payment-card details, credit reports, biometric data, or precise geolocation. Please do not submit such information through the website or by email unless Zevart specifically requests it through an appropriate product flow in the future.

3. Sources of Personal Information

We may obtain personal information from the following categories of sources:

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information for purposes including:

We may also use information for another purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, or with your consent where consent is required.

5. Cookies, Similar Technologies & Google Analytics

Zevart uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember certain preferences, understand website usage, protect the site, and measure performance.

We currently use Google Analytics 4 (“Google Analytics”) to measure website traffic and interaction. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and other identifiers and may process information such as device and browser information, interactions with the site, approximate geographic information, and IP-address-derived information in order to provide analytics services. Google states that raw IP addresses used by Google Analytics are not logged or stored in Analytics.

Zevart's current implementation is intended for site measurement and product analytics. We do not currently use the Zevart website to serve personalized advertisements. If our analytics or advertising practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices or consent mechanisms required by law.

You can generally control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect certain website functions. Google also provides browser and account-level controls for its analytics and advertising technologies.

Analytics and your email address are kept separate. Zevart does not intentionally send your early-access email address to Google Analytics as an analytics event parameter.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

We may also disclose information when we believe reasonably and in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property; investigate fraud or abuse; enforce applicable terms; or respond to an emergency.

7. Sale, Sharing & Targeted Advertising

Zevart does not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use the Zevart website to engage in cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites or services.

Privacy laws in certain states use broad definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” that can apply to some advertising and analytics technologies even when no money changes hands. If Zevart adopts practices that trigger those definitions, we will provide the notices and opt-out methods required by applicable law, including honoring legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to administer the early-access program, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Early-access contact information may be retained while the early-access program remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless you ask us to delete it and no legal or operational reason requires continued retention. Analytics information is retained according to Zevart's analytics configuration, provider settings, and applicable legal requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which it is processed, legal and contractual requirements, and whether the information is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

9. Information Security

Zevart uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, restricted administrative permissions, secure hosting practices, transport encryption, monitoring, and data-minimization measures appropriate to the information and the stage of the product.

No security system, network, or method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You should use caution when transmitting information online and should not send sensitive financial or identity information through ordinary email.

10. Your Choices

Early-access communications

You may ask to be removed from the early-access list or stop receiving Zevart marketing or product-update communications at any time by using an unsubscribe mechanism included in a message, where available, or by contacting us at the address below. We may still send non-promotional communications where appropriate, such as responses to a request you initiated or legally required notices.

Cookies and analytics

Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or manage cookies. You may also use privacy controls made available by Google for Google Analytics. Some browser settings may affect the functionality or measurement of the site.

Do Not Track and preference signals

Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser-based “Do Not Track” signals, the site may not respond to all such signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, Zevart will implement and honor that signal for the processing activities to which the law applies.

11. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights under applicable state law. Depending on the law, Zevart's activities, and whether applicable thresholds or exemptions are met, these rights may include the right to:

12. International Visitors

Zevart is based in the United States. If you access the website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries in which Zevart's service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Where applicable law requires a particular legal basis, contractual safeguard, consent mechanism, or additional privacy right for international transfers or processing, Zevart will take steps reasonably designed to comply with those requirements before engaging in the covered processing.

The availability of any future Zevart financial product or service may be limited by jurisdiction and should not be inferred from your ability to access this website.

13. Children & Minors

The Zevart website and early-access program are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and Zevart does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. Individuals under 18 should not join the Zevart early-access list unless and until Zevart expressly makes an age-appropriate experience available.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Zevart through this website, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

14. Third-Party Websites & Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. Zevart does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of independent third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's terms and privacy notices.

Our service providers, including analytics and hosting providers, may process information on our behalf in accordance with their contractual terms and applicable law.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the website, our information practices, technology, legal requirements, or the Zevart business. When we update the Policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required by law or where we determine that additional notice is appropriate.

Your continued use of the website after an updated Policy becomes effective does not waive any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
